2:30PM – Bata de Cola
IMPORTANT NOTES
— A Bata de Cola is not required to take class, but Absolutely recommended. The first thirty minutes will be without the Bata on, so bring leggings.
— Sunday’s will return to the regular 3 Sunday’s a month in September. We will have a locked in schedule from September to March.
